The Altmann Invest Real Estate Fund is an Equity Limited Qualified Investor Fund (L-QIF). It is exclusively directed at qualified investors within the meaning of Art. 10 Para. 3 of the Swiss Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA).
Which properties does the fund invest in?
The fund invests exclusively in Swiss properties at stable micro-locations. The focus is on existing buildings with value-add potential.
Where is Altmann Invest based?
Altmann Invest is domiciled in the Canton of Zug, Switzerland, under Swiss law.
What is the minimum subscription for the fund?
The fund is directed exclusively at qualified investors; the minimum subscription is CHF 500'000. Units are redeemable with a notice period as defined in the fund regulations.
Does Altmann Invest offer services beyond the fund?
Yes. We support property transactions as Advisory (buying and selling of Swiss properties) and manage portfolios for third-party funds and private owners as Asset Management.
Who is the founder of Altmann Invest?
Aryeh Altmann is the founder of Altmann Invest. He personally takes responsibility for strategy, investor relations and fund management.
